her 1983 BSc. Electrical Engineering Honours dissertation "Interactive
Computer Package Demonstrating: Sampling Convolution and the FFT".</p>

<p>Akim maintained GNU <a href="/software/a2ps/">a2ps</a> and <a

href="/software/bison/">Bison</a>.  He is a teacher/researcher at <a
href="https://www.lrde.epita.fr/wiki/Main_Page">LRDE</a>, the <a

working on <a href="https://www.lrde.epita.fr/wiki/Vcsn">Vcsn</a>, a
platform dedicated to automata and rational expressions, composed of
an efficient C++ library, a Python interface, and a graphical user
interface on top of IPython.</p>

<h4>Al Davis</h4>

<p>Is the principal author and maintainer of GnuCap, the
Gnu Circuit Analysis Package.  He is a professor of
electrical engineering at Idaho State University (<a
href="http://www.isu.edu/">http://www.isu.edu/</a>)
with research in analog and mixed signal design and
simulation.  </p>

Translations Manager, coordinating the efforts of

working on the translation of the GNU web site</a>,
after Masayuki Hatta.  </p>

<h4>Alex Sassmannshausen</h4>

<p>Is the maintainer of GNU Glean. He is primarily interested in the
relation of Free Software to humanity's ongoing efforts “to emerge from
its self-incurred immaturity”.</p>

<h4>Bradley M. Kuhn (aka bkuhn)</h4>
<p>Began working with the Free Software Foundation and

February 2001, he was hired full-time. He served as
Executive Director of the FSF until 2005, and is now
the CTO at the Software Freedom Law Center. Mr. Kuhn
contributes to GNU as a volunteer by hacking on
various Free Software programs and Free Documentation.
