HipTal is a compulsive reader designed to aloud read all types of present text chains in electronic books (ebooks) or personal notes.

By means of the basic controls usually available in a Player of audio (to stop, to reproduce, to back down, volume), the program allows to synthesize all the text chains that find in a document. This way, you will be able to listen, of a practical and safe way, your notes, annotations or books while you lead or you make another task.

It has a voice with American English accent in format of 8KHz and 16KHz. From its options, it is possible to be formed the speed of the reading and the frequency of the voice.
